Email supportWhat to include
These details usually let us diagnose a problem with fewer emails:
- the product name, such as TranscriptLayer;
- the app or service version;
- your device, operating system, and browser, if relevant;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- steps that reproduce the problem; and
- the exact error message or a screenshot with private details removed.
Do not email passwords, recovery keys, API keys, payment-card numbers, private source material, or unredacted personal records. We will ask for a safer diagnostic if we need more detail.
Billing and refunds
For an App Store or Google Play purchase, manage the subscription or request a refund through the store account used to buy it. For a direct Wraxle purchase, email us with the product name and receipt number. Do not send full card details.
Can’t access a product?
Include the product name and the email tied to the purchase or account. Never send your password. For products without accounts, include the store receipt or transaction reference if available.
Privacy, account, and data requests
To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, email us from the address tied to the account or purchase. Use the subject "Privacy request" and name the product involved. If the product offers an in-app deletion control, that is usually the fastest route.
We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and find the relevant records. Do not send government ID unless we specifically ask for it through a secure method.
Start a data requestSecurity reports
If you believe you found a security flaw in a Wraxle product, email [email protected] with the product, affected version or URL, impact, and clear reproduction steps. Do not access other people's data, disrupt the Service, or publish sensitive details before we can investigate.
